This cheesecake starts with a graham cracker crust which is then covered in cinnamon flavored NY cheesecake. A layer of apples seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar is then carefully placed in the center of the cheesecake and is then topped with additional cinnamon flavored NY cheesecake. The cheesecake is iced in cinnamon buttercream and garnished with a cinnamon streusel topping.

Start with your favorite cookie base then select any of your favorite candies to add to the batter. We will add one full cup of candy bits to each batch of cookies you order. You may choose any number of different candies, however, we recommend no more than three varieties (more tends to overwhelm the cookies and the flavors become confusing). You may also mix and match candies with traditional cookie chips if you wish.

Boston Cream Cheesecake
We use a thin layer of yellow cake for the crust on this creative cheesecake. It is followed by a layer of NY cheesecake. The cheesecake layer is topped with a rich, custard cream filling and then topped with an additional thin layer of cake. The cake is then topped with a traditional chocolate ganache sauce and the side of the cake has a light covering of our chocolate whipped cream icing.
