A thin layer of our ultra-moist carrot cake flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of ground cloves is topped off with a layer of NY cheesecake that has been enhanced with an additional dose of spices. The cheesecake is then lightly covered with our vanilla buttercream icing and the sides are garnished with chopped walnuts.
