We use freshly grated orange zest and freshly squeezed orange juice to flavor our NY cheesecake. There are also swirls of cranberry reduction throughout to give this cheesecake it’s tongue tingling tangy taste. The cheesecake is baked on a graham cracker crust and topped with cranberries that have been tossed in additional berry reduction.
